This white Graves is elegant with superb structure. A fabulous blend of Sauvignon Blan and Semillon with subtle oak maturationh and showing lovely fruit such as grapefruit and citrus rind with a touch of butterscotch from the oak. (2)

Superb Macon, full-bodied with flavours of green apples and hazelnuts, lovely and fresh as it has not been oak age  and an incredibly long finish. (2)

Chablis, Louis Moreau 2003
Domain Louis Moreau applies the traditional vinifaction styule that has been alway used in Chablis. This method included two fermentations. Then comes a period of clarifying and cold stabilisation and finally a light filtration. Louis Moreau does not use oak barrels for ageing the wine. A fresh, crisp Chablis with wonderful, citrus and mineral notes. The wine has a leesy character and an a nutty finish with plenty of fresh acidity. (2)

Chablis 1er Cru, Vaulignot, Louis Moreau 2000
Domaine Louis Moreau applied the traditional vinification style that has been always used in Chablis. This method included tow fermentations. Then comes a period of clarifying and colde stabilisation and finally a light filtration. Louis Moreau does not use oak barrels for ageing the wine. This premier Cru is complex and rich with a great mineral elegance, and superb length. (1)
