Chapel Down Brut NV, England
This sparkling wine has been made in the traditional way. A blend of Reichensteiner & Pinot Noir give the wine a fruitiness that isn't too dry and just a hint of spice. The mousse is fine and sustained in the mouth and the glass- a wonderful aperitif. (1)
